The rules and/or regulations set forth herein are designed to provide for the orderly conduct of racing events and to establish minimum acceptable requirements for such events.
These rules shall govern the condition of all events, and by participating in these events, all participants are deemed to have complied with these rules. NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM PUBLICATIONS OF, OR COMPLIANCE WITH THESE RULES AND/OR REGULATIONS. They are intended as a guide for the conduct of the sport and are in no
way a guarantee against injury or death of a participant, spectator or official.|
The race promoter shall be empowered to permit minor deviation from any of the specifications herein or impose any further restrictions that, in his opinion, do not alter the minimum acceptable requirements. NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF SAFETY SHALL RESULT FROM SUCH ALTERATION OF SPECIFICATIONS. Any interpretation or deviation of these rules is left to the discretion of the officials. Their decision is final. Drivers and parents of minor drivers are responsible to read and understand the rules and regulations set forth in these rules.

Track DisclaimerOFF TRACK RULES
No vulgar language.
NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN PIT AREA BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER RACES. No consumption of alcohol or drugs at any time in restricted pit area.
Driver and team of those violating this rule will loose all accumulated season points and possible suspension.
Everyone is responsible for their own trash and waste. Disposal of all oil and fuel waste will be your responsibility.
No dumping of fuel or oil on ground. EPA has the right to issue a fine of $2,500 to violators.
No speeding in pits.
Fighting is prohibited and violators will be escorted off the premises and/or turned over to the law enforcement.
Violators will forfeit all season points of affiliated team and will be suspended for a minimum of 2 weeks, or be banned from the track.
Attempts to settle a dispute by entering another participant’s pit area, will automatically put the one entering at fault.
This action may result in lose of points and payout or suspension from track.
ALL PARTICIPANTS AND CREWMEMBERS WILL REMAIN BEHIND THE PIT FENCE DURING A RACE. No one except one team member is to be in the staging area and no one is to be in the track exit lane.
Anyone caught vandalizing or defacing property will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
No yelling at track officials. Participants may talk to the flagman or track promoter, but only when they are in the pits.
Arguing on a track call will not change the call that has already been made.
DO NOT ENTER THE TRACK AT ANYTIME DURING A RACE until directed to do so by an Official.
No one allowed in tech area during tech except driver and one crewmember of car being teched.
Any dispute of any kind, Track Promoter has final decision.
ON TRACK RULES
All racers must line up in staging area based on lineup board. Do not enter track until approval given. In the event that you are being lapped, you must allow the faster car to pass you. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. The driver is signaled with a BLUE flag.
Each driver must memorize the color and function of each flag. GREEN signals that the race is in progress.
YELLOW signals that the racer should use caution. This means to slow to an idle speed and steer away from the caution area.
RED will be used to stop the race. If the red flag is displayed, all cars must come to a complete stop on the track where they are at, at that time.
If the red flag comes out on the WHITE flag lap, the race is scored complete.
BLACK is waived at an individual to signal them to pull off the track and is disqualified.
Rolled BLACK flag displayed to individual driver is warning to stop at infield official for warning.
WHITE is a courtesy flag signaling the beginning of the last lap.
CHECKERED means the race is over. Drivers must slow down and exit the track at the appointed area.
RED Flag - ONLY ONE CREWMEMBER PER THE CAR INVOLVED ALLOWED ON THE TRACK OR INFIELD. If your driver is not involved, do not enter the track. If a car leaves the track and returns to the pits or infield, they must return to the back of field.
The track promoter will determine how many laps are to be run by each class. This will be determined on entries of that class. All races will be by laps or time, which ever is obtained first. No stopping on track to argue with an Official. Flagman has the option to BLACK flag the racer to the pits in order to expedite the race.
Also anyone stopping on the track under a YELLOW with out Officials permission will automatically go to back of lineup.
CREWMEMBERS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON RACETRACK OR INFIELD WHILE RACE IS IN PROCESS.
If any position jumps the start, there will be 1 chance to make it correct. If it is jumped again, they will be moved to the rear of field. If either one of the front row cars jump the start, there will be 1 chance to make it correct. If it is jumped again, row will be moved to the back of the field.
The Start Official or the Flagman has the authority to disqualify or penalize any racer acting inappropriately. Racers will respect the decision of the Officials without argument.
Heat race line up is determined by pill draw at sign-in. Heat races are run to determine the line-up of the main event.
If there are 8 or more entries for a class, that class will be divided into multiple heats. Line-up for the main event will be determined as follows –
Results of the heats will be inverted as many rows as determined by roll of dice. Rows 3-6
Racers that DNF in the heat race will receive last row in the main event line-up.
2 Minute Rule – If a car fails to report to the starting line, a representative must be present to hold the stating position.
The start of the race will not be held up any longer than 2 minutes. Next heat or event must be in staging area as previous race ends.
2 spin rule will be enforced. Driver will be BLACK flagged to pits on their 2nd spin, either unassisted or wreck related.
Assisted spins will be penalized by both cars involved moved to rear of field.
A spin to avoid a wreck will not be penalized if no contact with another vehicle has been made.
Driver will retain his spot in the racing lineup. All spin rulings are the flagman and tower spotter ONLY.
